Temperature Checks ( 37.3 or high will not be allowed to attend classes)

Travel history outside of HK (If you have traveled outside of Hong Kong, please avoid coming to class for the first 14 days after you arrived in Hong Kong)

Disinfection of all areas and surfaces (lockers, door handles) after each class with Dettol and 75% alcohol spray

Disinfection of all the equipment after each class with Dettol and 75% alcohol spray

Daily studio floor mopping with Dettol and bleach

No shoes inside the studio

Small group class (6 people)

Please wash your hands before and after the class
