Beginner Pilates Reformer.
This class teaches the fundamental movements of Pilates on the reformer. The moving surface aka carriage challenges your body stability and balance. The adjustable springs create resistance to stretch and strength your muscles. It is a full body function training that works the muscles we use daily. You will feel your posture is better, your joints are more supple and your body is longer and stronger.
Intermediate Pilates Reformer.
This class increases the intensive and variation of movements that challenges your muscles endurance. The flow and rhythm of movement training your body coordination skill thus helps to improve your body awareness and alignment. Overtime, you will have better movement efficiency and will reduce the risk of injury in daily activities as well as sport performance.
Advanced Pilates Reformer.
Challenges yourself to more advance movements in this class with more endurance, strength, flexibility and body coordination. The muscles memory built from the beginner and intermediate classes further improve your body range of motion. Your body will be more sculpt and tone. You will feel energized with a sense of accomplishment at the end of the class.
Joseph Pilates famously said, “You are only as young as your spine is flexible.” Our Spinal Mobility class will work your entire body with a focus on safely and effectively flexing, extending, side-bending and rotating the spine plus a good mix of core work. You will finish class feeling longer and stronger.
Jumpboard classes require a strong cardio element and strong core muscles. It is a fun, yet challenging class using Reformer Jumpboards to build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you! This class is not suitable for clients recovering from injuries.
Improve Your Flexibility.
Stretch is a low intensity level class using Reformer exercises. It designed around bringing your heart rate down and brings a little more zen to your day. We focus on lengthening your muscles which will increase flexibility and strength whilst helping to reduce risk of injury.
Wake Me Up.
Start your day off right – on the reformer! In this all level class, we will move all your major muscles, including your brain with coordination work. You will feel refreshed, energized and ready to conquer the day.

Congratulations! Unfortunately anyone who’s pregnant can’t join our group class. Pregnancy Pilates training will be available in private one on one training.
We don’t recommend anyone who has an injury to join our group classes, however if client insisted to join group class we may ask for a medical certificate from your doctor to prove you are capable for group class. Group classes involve a full body workout, so in some instances this can be quite challenging for both the injured client and the trainer.
If your finances allows, our recommendation is always to join private training first to learn more about your body and learn the basic fundamental technique then apply to group classes as you don’t get the full attention and correction in group class.
