Meet Zoe, our new GYROTONIC® group instructor. After having her baby, back pain led her to GYROTONIC®, and she found a practice that feels like dancing and helps her listen to what her body needs. 💙

O:RIN stems from “ORIGINAL” — staying authentic and true to our roots. In Chinese, it signifies 初心 (Cantonese: co1 sam1, Mandarin: chu xin), keeping a beginner’s mind to stay curious and grounded in every movement.

“You have to expose yourself to the chance that you will do something wrong.” — Master Trainer Abel Horvath, at the end of our GYROTONIC® Foundation Course. Not “get it right the first time.” Just - try, be off, notice it, correct it, try again. That’s why we spent the whole course experimenting — so that making mistakes became safe, and correcting them became a skill. Congratulations to our new graduates. ❤️

Private one-on-one class means every cue, every adjustment, every breath is for you alone. We move at your body’s pace — easing tight spots, restoring range, and helping you feel movement in a whole new way. This is where real change begins. 📩 DM us to book your private session.
