O:RIN

Private Class.

O:RIN offers private one-on-one training to meet the client’s goals and needs. You will receive full attention, personal adjustments of postures and guidance from one of our professional instructors. Moreover the private training class will allow clients to experience different kind of equipment (Pilates reformer, Pilates Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair , etc) based on the body’s need.

In the first class (Private assessment trial), we will conduct a body assessment to evaluate the client’s physical condition level. Based on our findings, we will customize a class program that targets the client’s physical strengths and weaknesses.

Below are some common situations that we will help you overcome during the private training sessions at O:RIN

  • Body toning/Staying fit
  • Muscular imbalances
  • Chronic Pain (Lower back pain, headache, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc)
  • Scoliosis, Sciatica, Round shoulder, Knee inward rotation
  • Pre/Postnatal training
  • Injury Rehabilitation (for more effective results have a physiotherapy session)

How does it work?

STEP 1

Take a trial class, if you’re interested in private one-on-one training or would like further advice on whether it’s suitable for you, fill in this short questionnaire here!

STEP 2

We will reach out to you shortly to discuss further once we received the questionnaire from you. Depending on your personal physical condition and goals, the most suitable instructor we will be assigned to you.

STEP 3

For your first session, your dedicated instructor will conduct an initial body assessment followed by custom designing a class.

Learning never stops, sharing my Gyrotonic session in Vancouver. I often encourage myself to be open-minded by accepting and welcoming new ideas and information, whichever that helps me to improve and grow.
Arch & Curl is often the first movement you learn in your first Gyrotonic session, it’s a great tool to warm up the body and checking the body’s current state.
