Learning never stops, sharing my Gyrotonic session in Vancouver. I often encourage myself to be open-minded by accepting and welcoming new ideas and information, whichever that helps me to improve and grow. Arch & Curl is often the first movement you learn in your first Gyrotonic session, it’s a great tool to warm up the body and checking the body’s current state.
